TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Terms & Conditions apply to all goods supplied by Label IT Ltd via “www.labelitsolutions.co.uk”. The below-stated “Terms & Conditions”, “Privacy Policy”, and “Return Policy” are incorporated into and shall constitute part of the sales contract, (“Order Confirmation”), between the “Buyer” and the “Seller”. By placing an order through www.labelitsolutions.co.uk, you agree to these terms in full.

Please read them carefully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference.

1. Format Of The Contract

These terms apply to all goods supplied by Label IT Ltd. Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when Label IT Ltd confirms dispatch. Acknowledgement emails do not constitute acceptance. If the payment is not received in full, Label IT Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order. Terms and Conditions are periodically updated (with amendments applying only to future transactions).

2. Price Of Goods & Descriptions

We aim to display and describe every item accurately. But pricing variations may occur.  If any pricing error is identified, the Buyer will be notified and given options to:

• Proceed with the order at the corrected price
• Cancel the order, or
• Remove the affected item

3. Payment & Delivery

Payment must be made in full before dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until cleared funds are received. All transactions are processed in GBP (£). Free shipping applies to orders above £30. Payments are securely handled by a third-party provider, and Label IT Ltd does not store any card details.

Products purchased from our site are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Shipping options will be updated during checkout. Redirection after dispatch may incur a £10 fee. Orders placed before 1 P.M. Mon–Fri are processed on the same day (excluding bank holidays).

If delivery is refused or cancelled, the “customers” may be responsible for “returns”. Risk passes upon delivery. If packaging is damaged, refuse delivery or sign as “UNCHECKED”.

4. Right Of Cancellation

You can cancel the ordered item within 7 days of receiving goods, except for custom thermal label items (labels made to specifications), which are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection.

5. Warranty

All new goods are supplied with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes issues arising from misuse, improper storage, alteration, or general wear and tear.

Customers must notify Label IT Ltd within 7 days if products are:

• Faulty
• Damaged on arrival
• Incorrect product delivered
• Item not required
• Dead on arrival
• Extra items delivered

Unused items returned in their original packaging may qualify for a refund or replacement. Any extra items received in error must be reported immediately. Failure to return may result in charges.

6. Limitations Of Liability

Label IT Ltd shall not be liable for losses that are not foreseeable, for business losses under consumer contracts, or for losses caused by events outside our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales (English law), and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS (B2B)

The following terms and conditions specifically apply to trade or wholesale customers (businesses).

1. Purchase Of Goods

Orders are accepted only when confirmed in writing by Label IT Ltd. Custom-made labels are non-returnable.

2. Delivery

Risk transfers upon delivery. Refused or undeliverable goods may incur storage charges.

3. Right to cancel

Orders may be cancelled within 3 working days unless manufacturing has begun.

4. Title

Ownership is transferred only when the full payment is received by us.

5. Warranty

Business orders carry a 28-day warranty unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment Terms

Trade account payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments incur a £25 administration charge plus monthly interest.

7. Limitation of liability

The company’s total liability is limited to the invoice value. The company accepts no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content stays in the property of Label IT Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to English court jurisdiction.
